Once a price is agreed on, half is required to begin
and the other half due before your site goes LIVE for the world
to see.
During the process you will be able to see the site at
different stages of creation giving you the opportunity for
feedback, changes, and to gather requests from Jim.
When we both agree the site is complete.... and final
payment is received,
